Located between a pending airport expansion and a nature conservation area along the Mississippi River, this project enjoys uncompromised views of the adjacent river basin and surrounding landscape while using a high-tech approach to the building envelope to mitigate any chance of future noise issues from overhead air traffic. Combined with a post-tensioned concrete structure, the net result is a dramatic vista from every suite with expansive views owing to the uninterrupted floor to ceiling glazing.
Reflections is located at Bloomington Central Station, an industrial precinct outside of Minneapolis-St. Paul and will be served by that the recent LRT system providing residents with efficient access into the city’s core.
